We were in St Augustine on business with time to spare between meetings…it was nice to have the pool in the evenings…the other guest were very friendly and we felt very safe in the area…would use this apartment again next time we are in St Augustine

I loved this place. The building was beautiful. The doorman was super friendly. The condo was very comfortable. Very bright with lots of light. The best feature for me was the washer and dryer inside the apartment. Went back home with all my laundry clean after a week of vacation with two kids. That was definitely a surplus.

Ryan’s place was perfect for my wife and I. The apartment was super clean, well equipped with everything we needed during our stay and the pool and area around it was amazing. The location of the apartment was very conveniently located to the beach and the historic downtown area, both within just a few minutes drive. Communication was wonderful from the beginning to end of our stay. We would love to stay in Ryan’s place again the next time we visit St. Augustine.

My family and I loved it. The building and the apartment were very clean, and the location was excellent near the beaches. Ryan is very friendly and responds quickly. The only suggestion I have is that the bathrooms lack a towel rack. The first bathroom is very nice, but the bathtub door doesn't cover much and the floor gets wet. Overall, everything was excellent. I would definitely come back.

We had a great stay at Ryan’s apartment in Hollywood, FL! The location is perfect—just a short drive to Hollywood Beach, which quickly became our favorite even after visiting several others nearby. The Broadwalk is also close by and full of excellent restaurants—definitely check out Sr. Miche for delicious tacos and burritos. The apartment itself was simple, beautiful, and spotless. The large balcony with plenty of patio furniture was a nice bonus, and the building was extremely clean, quiet, and smelled great. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. While the pool was under maintenance during our visit, everything else more than made up for it. The apartment had everything we needed for beach days, including chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and the showers were spacious. This was a great place to stay for our little getaway! The condo was exceptionally clean and very cozy. The pool area is amazing, we could have stayed right there for ever and it wouldn’t have been long enough! The gym was great as well! They even had a little dog wash area! Would definitely stay here again!

we had a great time. Ryan was very responsive and his place very comfortable. From the pool to the gym to the game room ..fun was had by all and honestly when traveling with 13 and 14 year old boys that a huge accomplishment! thank you Ryan for allowing us to make beautiful family memories while staying at your place. perfect in every way.

The place was very nice and the hosts communicated well. We ran into some small issues that were outside of the hosts control (pool closed, door lock delaying) but we understand things happen and that’s not on them! The location in proximity to the beach and downtown St Augustine was PERFECT! We would definitely stay here again!
