King Beds/Pool. Minutes From Beach, Casino, Shops

My family and I loved it. The building and the apartment were very clean, and the location was excellent near the beaches. Ryan is very friendly and responds quickly. The only suggestion I have is that the bathrooms lack a towel rack. The first bathroom is very nice, but the bathtub door doesn't cover much and the floor gets wet. Overall, everything was excellent. I would definitely come back.

We had a great stay at Ryan’s apartment in Hollywood, FL! The location is perfect—just a short drive to Hollywood Beach, which quickly became our favorite even after visiting several others nearby. The Broadwalk is also close by and full of excellent restaurants—definitely check out Sr. Miche for delicious tacos and burritos. The apartment itself was simple, beautiful, and spotless. The large balcony with plenty of patio furniture was a nice bonus, and the building was extremely clean, quiet, and smelled great. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. While the pool was under maintenance during our visit, everything else more than made up for it. The apartment had everything we needed for beach days, including chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and the showers were spacious. Ryans Place was fantastic for our quick stay. Once we got there we wished we were staying longer. It’s in a perfect location, everything is super clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We will definitely be looking for this place again when we come back to the area!

Great value at an awesome location. Ryan was very helpful and made it super easy to check-in. The condo worked out very well for our 3-day trip, central to everything we needed and parking was a breeze.

We had a great stay at Ryan and Deborah ‘s condo. As soon as we entered the place , we were impressed ! it was meticulously clean, modern design, full of light and vast rooms with first class amenities, Better than the photos for sure! Ryan and Deborah proved to be super hosts offering their attention to our well being with excellent communication , checking with us if we need anything. They are certainly committed to provide a highly rated guest experience. The building was located in a quiet street , had good security, fast elevators , accommodating garage and close to many shops. We have enjoyed our stay in this pristine place, lingering in the spacious indoors or on the adorable balcony and discovered much of Hollywood and its neighboring beaches . We loved it and we will come back!

The hosts were wonderful. They communicated promptly and were quite helpful. The unit was clean, well-organized, and decorated nicely. The building staff was also very helpful. It is a quiet place to relax – with plenty of natural light. A short walk to the local pharmacy/grocery store and a short drive to the beach. Thanks for being a great host!

Communication with the host was smooth and easy, which made the check-in and overall experience hassle-free. The location is fantastic! It’s in a nice neighborhood, within walking distance of Hollywood Boulevard, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants. Overall, a great stay – highly recommended!

Ryan’s place to stay was absolutely phenomenal and it felt right at home. Ryan was very proactive and helpful. The place was spotless and very spacious. I would certainly come back and recommend anyone to stay here, it is certainly worth it. You get a bang for your buck.
